Fee

Fee Rules:

  • The fee is charged quarterly for every learner.
  • The fee will be charged to the existing learners in four quarters as per the schedule given below:|
  • The First Quarter (April to June) is payable from 1st April to 10th April Second Quarter (July to September) is payable from 1st July to 10th July
  • Third Quarter (October to December) payable from 1st October to 10th October Fourth Quarter (January to March) payable from 1st January to 10th January
  • Fee for respective quarters is to be deposited in time: Failing which a late payment fine of Rs. 10/- will be charged per day up to the last day of April, July, October & January respectively, and thereafter Rs. 20/- per day update account to fee receipt.
  • Fee is to be paid by the 10th day of the respective quarter but if the fee is not paid by 31-May/31-Aug/30-Nov/28-Feb of the respective Qtr., the name of the learner will be struck off from the school roll.
  • Transport charges are applicable for 11 months.
    The transport withdrawal is not accepted in Q3 and Q4. One month’s notice to be served for transport withdrawal in Q1 and Q2 and for new academic session or one-month fees in lieu notice to be deposited.
  • Transport fees are subject to change in case of any hike in fuel price.
  • Meal charges are applicable for 11 months.
  • Day-care charges are applicable for 12 months.
  • In case of transfer or withdrawal from school for any reason, the school should be given one month’s notice or a one-month fee should be deposited in lieu thereof.
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) and security deposit will be given on clearance of all dues.
  • Refund of the security deposit can be collected within a month of withdrawal, on producing the original receipt received at the time of admission.
