  • The school buses are equipped with GPS tracking system. Parents are requested to strictly adhere to the following:
  • To avail the bus facility please fill up the prescribed application form available with the school.
  • Parents are requested to ensure that they themselves pick up their wards or get them picked up through an authorized person only from the bus stop.
  • The authorized person’s photograph should be affixed on the prescribed page of the almanac. In case of non-availability of parent/authorized person at the bus stop at the time of arrival of the bus, the learner will be brought back to the school and it will be the responsibility of parents to collect their ward from the school under their own arrangements.
  • The learner will not be permitted to travel on any other bus route other than the allotted one.
  • Discipline on the bus is of utmost priority. Learners found indulging in shouting, creating indiscipline, or standing near the door shall be debarred from using the school transport for 15 working days.
  • Even if the learner uses one-way transport, full payment has to be made for both routes.
  • Transport fees are to be paid quarterly.
  • School transport should be opted at the beginning of the session. The school will not entertain requests for transport during the mid-session.
  • Transport once withdrawn can only be reinstated in the next session.
  • No Transport withdrawal request will be entertained in the last quarter under any circumstances.
  • Transport charges are applicable for 11 months.
  • The Transport will be available depending on the number of learners from any particular area. In case the school transport is not available, the parents will have to make their own arrangements.
  • The transport fee is subject to change as per increase in fuel cost at any time during the year.
  • The route is prepared to keep in view the convenience and safety of all bus commuters and is subject to change. No diversion/extension will be entertained on existing routes.
