At SIS, our team of passionate educators and facilitators is committed to meeting the diverse needs of learners through inclusive, equitable, and innovative teaching practices. They participate in continuous Professional Development Programs (PDPs) that strengthen their leadership, pedagogical, and technological skills while fostering collaboration and growth. These programs keep facilitators updated with evolving methodologies, curriculum design, and effective assessment techniques, empowering them to create engaging, student-centric learning environments that nurture every learner’s potential and enhance overall educational excellence.

Platforms for peer learning with mentoring and coaching are provided at regular intervals.

SIS Induction Program for the new facilitators, in which they get to learn about the vision of the school, the expectations from them and  their expectations. The Appraisals are developmental in nature rather than summative and encourage facilitators to grow on their developmental continuum.
