Pick-Up and Drop-Off Guidelines

  • Learners must be picked up by parents or authorized persons only at the designated bus stop.
  • The authorized person’s photograph must be affixed on the specified page in the almanac.
  • In case no parent/authorized person is present at the stop, the learner will be brought back to school. Parents must then collect their ward themselves.

  • Learners must travel only on their allotted bus route.
  • Route changes, diversions, or extensions will not be entertained.
  • Transport is available only if a minimum number of learners opt from a particular area.
Bus Conduct and Discipline

Bus Conduct and Discipline

  • Strict discipline must be maintained on the bus.
  • Shouting, standing near the door, or creating a disturbance may result in a 15-day suspension from using school transport.
Transport Fee Policy

Transport Fee Policy

  • Transport fees must be paid quarterly and are applicable for 11 months.
  • Full fee is charged, even if the learner uses only one-way transport.
  • Transport fees may be revised mid-year based on fuel cost fluctuations.
Opt-In and Withdrawal Rules

Opt-In and Withdrawal Rules

  • Transport should be opted for at the beginning of the session only.
  • Once withdrawn, transport can only be reinstated in the next session
  • No withdrawal requests will be accepted in the last quarter.
