Platforms for peer learning with mentoring and coaching are provided at regular intervals.

SIS Induction Program for the new facilitators, in which they get to learn about the vision of the school, the expectations from them and  their expectations. The Appraisals are developmental in nature rather than summative and encourage facilitators to grow on their developmental continuum.
